If you are new to Mello Maid then we understand that you may have questions about our service and how we work. Please find below a few of our most frequently asked questions.

Q. How quickly can you arrange a clean ?
A. When you submit your booking you will be contacted the same day to arrange your clean. Your actually clean can be the next day (subject to availability). However, your local Mello Maid will be able to answer this question more effectively when you contact them.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my cleaner / clean for any reason?
A. Simply let your Matthew Tout, of Mello Maid St Albans know of your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Q. How do you vet your cleaners ?
A. Very carefully. Every single one of our cleaners is interviewed in their own home. This way we can see for ourselves the cleanliness of their own home. It also gives us an idea of their background and individual circumstances. We conduct an in-depth interview and assess whether the cleaner will pass our stringent 'would we let this person clean our own home' test. We are also in the process of conducting Criminal Record Checks on all our cleaners.
Q. Is there a contract to sign ?
No. Unlike 99% of all other cleaning companies we do not require you to commit or sign a contract with us. Simply arrange your clean with and if you wish to cancel please let us know 48 hours before your clean date / time/
